Church Street is a multi-phase, mixed-use development located in the vibrant heart of Westminster. This project, executed for a tier-one building contractor, features three blocks comprising 221 residential apartments of mixed tenure, several commercial units, and a flagship sales and marketing suite equipped with a state-of-the-art 3D immersive sales experience.

NPND Ltd provided comprehensive electrical project management and design services throughout the project. Our responsibilities extended from site management and supervision to the provision of electrical labor, including specialist contractors, for the entire duration of the build. We offered innovative technical solutions and value-engineering options tailored to meet the client’s specific needs.

Our management scope included rectifying scope gaps between the consultant and architect's designs, coordinating contracted works with other trades, and overseeing the design and installation of critical systems such as life safety, sprinkler, access control, M-bus, BMS, and security systems. Moreover, we successfully integrated these systems with those in the previously completed blocks within the same development, establishing a seamlessly connected site-wide network.

Comprehensive electrical fit-out for the LG Therma R32 Air Source Heat Pump, complete with an external backup boiler. The system includes five zones and four manifolds, and is equipped with 18 Neo thermostats and a wireless Neo hub. This setup allows the client to effortlessly control their heating with just the touch of a button
